Will my computer run games such as skyrim or dishonored?

here are some of my specs. 
Processor- AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics 2.7 GHz
Ram- 6gb
Graphics Card - 2GB AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7730M Graphics
will i be able to run without a lot of annoying lag?

There are two things to play game on PC

First, your hardware must be compatible with the game requirements
Second, your OS is relax enough to keep the load of game 

If your Hardware is pretty much compatible with game requirements than you have to go through some points before playing game.

>> Shut down all running updates
>> Remove all temporary files from your system
>> You must have enough memory on disc that can support your paging memory
>> Shut down all background running applications
>> Run Reginout Utility for Extreme Gaming Experience


What OS is on your computer? Dishonored does not support Windows XP. If your OS is Vista 64bit or Windows 7 64bit, your computer should run them well on meduim to high settings.
